Cancellation policy

Welcome to our website! All of our available products can be returned to us within 30 days. To do so, we ask you to contact customer support and wait for further instructions. Please only return your product by prior arrangement, otherwise we will not be able to resolve your issue. Please note that you may be charged shipping fees for returns.

Process of revocation:

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Problems with delivery?

My order was lost during shipping

If the order has been lost by the shipping provider, please contact us via customer support, your order will be checked and then refunded.

The product is damaged or incorrect

If you find that the product is damaged or incorrect, we can offer either a refund or a re-delivery within 5 days of the order being delivered. In this case, we ask that you provide evidence (such as a photo or video) with your request.

The order is missing

If the order is marked as delivered but you have not received the shipment, the last shipping provider will be contacted to report the issue. In this case too, please contact customer support .
